The hongkong prize is open to all artists who reside in Hong Kong and does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race or ethnicity, colour, immigration status, national origin religion disability sexual orientation and artistic training or background. Shortlisted works will be exhibited at ArtCall Exhibition Space in September 2023. The proceeds from the sales of these works will go to Justice Centre Hong Kong who strive to ensure that no person is left alone on their journey towards protection and decent lives.
